Management Responsibility

LION Est.  management is ultimately responsible for establishing, implementing, and maintaining the services.  Specific responsibilities are: formulating the services policy, defining the organizational structure, assigning authorities and responsibilities, appointing the management representative, periodically reviewing the services, and making available the resources and personnel necessary to maintain the quality system.

The LION Est.  services organization comprises of five functions.  

The functions of each department responsibility include:

  • Project Marketing and Sales functions are managed by the Managing Director.
  • Receiving, Shipping, functions are managed by logistic Manager.
  • Administration function (Purchasing, and Material Planning) are managed by the Material supervisor.
  • Human Resources function are managed by the HR.
  • Quality Assurance function are managed by the quality management

Responsibility shall be given, particularly for person who needs the organizational freedom and authority to:

  • Initiate action to prevent the occurrence of any nonconformities relating  to service operations, and quality system.
  • Identify and record any problems relating to service operations and quality system.
  • Initiate, recommend, or provide solutions through designated channels.
  • Verify the implementation of solutions.

The Management Team of  LION Est.   has the responsibility for identifying adequate resources for training to perform the work and verification activities required to meet clients’ demands. This would include, but not limited to internal quality audits.
